1- How to see the effects from ages 0-20 


One of my clients/friend was bullied/humiliated in school


And this created a specific belief system which is diabolical 


He time and time again was trapped in this thought process, that history will continue to repeat itself

But inevitably, one must see their attachment to beliefs 


And him and I have already addressed what living in the past/future does


Yet there will still be moments when egotistical thought/emotion brings forth tunnel vision and a lack of clarity

Shyness, humiliation, a lack of confidence, anger, insecurity, etc...


We have a beautiful opportunity to see how we have been programmed 


To deeply inquire upon the root of where trauma sprouted 


Trauma is healed once one sees it for what it is

2- How to heal Trauma 


So, we see it for what it is - Implying that one has an insight into the nature of self-centered thinking 


That excitement, the pursuit of 'fun', the chasing of status, that most shallow pursuits are rooted in a place of scarcity

To be deeply honest about how we avoid, suppress and overstimulate to hide from the chatter of the mind 


And to see the 'subtle' (or not so subtle) Truth in relationship to what we are, the awareness which is capable of seeing the movements of the self. (the ego/ the 'me' / the 'I')

3- How to practically heal through abuse/trauma 


This all comes down to one priceless action


The urgency, the drive, the energy, it's fully directed toward the noticing of friction/thought/emotion 


But how does one get the drive, the fire, the energy to do this?

Cleaning up - Growing up - Waking up


This is really what my mentorship is about

-physical environments 

-who to be what with 

-when to do what
