When being shy and anxious goes right

How can being shy and anxious go right?
It can show you what you are.
And when you see that,
You may realize change is needed.
Now, how can we change with joy?
We can see what shyness and anxiety create.
How we spread that to others.
How it impacts our relationships.
How it effects our business and money.
You can look at the branches which sprout from anxiety.
Honestly, It's a gift.
Holistically we invite pain through unawareness.
Pain is you and I not noticing the fruit without feeling neutrally.
To be shy means you are scared.
Scared to communicate.
Unsure about how to communicate.
Deeply intertwined in a jungle of insecurities.
Oh! I just see this now.. 'shyness is to be trapped within the jungle of self-judgmental insecurity'
Doesn't that sound right?
How do you feel about that?
You won't be shy if you have healed your self-judgmental worries.
It's almost impossible, as when you are free you share that.
When you are self-obsessed, you share that.
Now.. Shyness is no different than arrogance or cockiness.
As shyness is the insecurity, but arrogance is also the insecurity.
The initial fear will manifest in MANY forms in MANY different people.
But fear is fear. Insecurity is insecurity.
Seeing structurally helps us not be so judgmental.
Because we can see ourselves in them.
Then we can have compassion.
And truly listen.
The only time shyness and anxiety go right is when you are honest about the fact without emotion and sentiment.
Then you can create space to learn, as emotion and sentiment are self-centered places to root from.
True learning has nothing to do with you.
But us.
