The balance between sustainability and intensity, how to become a master:


If you prioritize too much form, you're boring and lackadaisical.


Too much intensity and you're outlasted and you burn out.


But the balance between the two creates a powerful representation...


You do this by understanding just as nature has seasons we do too.


The key is feeling how intense you can get without destroying tomorrow.

Essentially, it always comes down to understanding there are opposing ends of a spectrum.


If you get too far into something and ignore the other end then you become imbalanced and limited, trapped by your own doing.


Practically, train agility, power and endurance.


It's so helpful to break things down into the core pillars.


If you only train power you become slow and immobile.


Only agility then you are weak.


Only endurance then you are not intense.
