understanding human nature and the depth of programming?

Jul 18, 2023 3:06 pm

Human nature is a fascinating topic, as we have much in common, yet have many differences... Here I will touch on both ends of the spectrum, specifically, what we can do involving human nature to make all of life smoother.

Many humans don't understand their own nature, meaning they don't Truly know why they are how they are.

A few core pillars to unravel are understanding emotion, programming or indoctrination and physical and cognitive clarity.

Do you desire to get more out of life?

-------

Understanding

In order to maximize on the opportunity which is your life, you have to operate from a space of clarity.

It's tricky, but once you create clarity all of life becomes simpler.

Not saying it's easy.

Thing is when the mind is clear decision making is smoother and this leads to less internal and external debate.

You commit and let the game play out, rather than being half in and half out and robbing yourself of any chance of winning the game.

Even when you commit, beautiful aspect is that you CAN change...

Back to clarity though, this is the foundation to your potential mansion.

No clarity means even if you happen to get lucky it will be your demise, as you won't understand how to capitalize on your fortune.

Clarity feels as if you know what you have to do and you have confidence in your ability to accomplish it.

Or that you don't know exactly what will occur but no matter what you feel a deep trust that it will unravel correctly.

The opposite of clarity is a masquerading arrogance, the human who is so un-sure of themselves that they have to put on a show for others and act as if they are sure.

That's amusing in itself right, see why do people become bullies in school?

They are insecure, lacking love inside and that void extrapolates into low frequency action.

-----------

Action

How do we practically generate clarity?

The physical aspects are key levers in this game.

Habits create your present, past and future.

In order to feel clear you have to participate in certain habits, activities which improve your cognitive and physical health.

The 4 big skills to learn are marketing, speaking, writing and sales.

Marketing leads to clarity as it involves putting yourself in others shoes and learning how different personalities will perceive a thing.

Marketing is human psychology in a business lens.

Speaking is powerful as you do it on both a professional and normal everyday context, when you speak well opportunities will come out of nowhere.

Your ability to speak is directly linked to your inner confidence which is founded upon your actions.

Want to be clear and confident, then align your actions with who you want to become.

Look at the actions of people you admire and put your unique spin on what they do.

Writing and speaking link, as they are cognitively driven.

If you write daily and have deep conversations daily all while educating yourself and taking care of the physiological side of health then inevitably you will advance your skillsets.

Write about what you are healthily passionate about, write about things that inspire creativity and curiosity in your heart.

Sales comes back to the marketing angle, it's all about understanding how other humans feel.

If you sell, it should not feel like selling but instead sharing an opportunity with someone.

Frequencies

The physical habits play a massive role in your ability to articulate yourself.

Writing and speaking heavily link to your understanding of human nature, knowing how to grab and hold attention is powerful.

See, the greatest currency is the attention of humans, hence why so much entertainment is 'free'.

When your physical habits are right, your ability to understand your own mind increases.

The higher your degree of self-understanding, the more likely you understand others.

As we may differ in environmental programming and external factors, deep within the mind is the mind.

Intuition is intuition.

Thing is, the gut feel or intuition can be corrupted if our physical habits are not right.

When we partake is low frequency action it reduces our connection to the subconscious and therefore subtracts from our ability to capitalize on human nature.

See, many people rant and rave on physical habits, yet they don't explain the depth behind why there are so important.

If I have not made it clear, your subconscious is 1000X more powerful than the conscious mind and if you are not connected to it then this is why your life feels like shit.

To practically enhance your connection, you do things like eat clean, exercise daily, walk often, write and read daily, enjoy self-education, use your mind creatively, have deep and meaningful conversations, invest time in nature and the list goes on.

---------

Un-learning

Now lets say you have clarity, it's easier to unravel things such as programming and complex emotions.

Programming is the forced education that you receive as you grow up.

Some of it useful and some of it destructive.

If you grew up in a house where your father was disrespectful to mom, lazy and unhealthy and so on this is a program that you must un-learn.

That would be an example of an anti-role model.

A healthy program to replace that with is that we treat others as we want to be treated.

Or that you lead by example, as humans emulate more than they listen.

Another program worth un-learning is that you were born a certain way, or in other words in-capable of changing.

Nope, that's absolute bullshit, it's an excuse, the easy way out.

A more beneficial program is to understand that scarcity = value, that not everyone is healthy and wealthy because it's not easy to become that person.

Sure, some are born into monetary success but that does not at all guarantee they don't become miserable people.

What programming truly comes down to is, what are your core beliefs about yourself?

This transitions into your deeper emotions, if you see yourself from the lens of a victim then you will feel victim like emotions, does that make sense?

I can't make it any clearer.

If you want to feel better you change how you see yourself, to change that you change your actions.

How much pain are you willing to tolerate?

---------

Denial

Humans are similar to dogs in this manner, they tend to listen if there's a reward or a consequence.

This links to the idea of how much pain are you willing to tolerate?

If you don't Truly enjoy your life, this question is for you.

If you don't answer it your consequence is continuing to not enjoy your life...

And if you do answer, the reward is some clarity on what you need to begin doing to enjoy your life.

Nobody will ever do the fucking work for you, that's exactly why it's powerful when you embark upon your journey sincerely.

No one can ever take away the mind that you build yourself.

See, human nature is both complex and hilariously simple, the complicated thing is how the mind can be a deceptive machine.

Self deception is very quiet and slick.

It's when you get whispers telling you it's okay to do what you know you shouldn't do.

Again, it comes down to how much pain can you take?

You indulge in the instant gratification and feel the pain, yet you continue to do it again and again...

I know it's challenging to change your actions and that's exactly what makes the improvement so freeing.

Don't believe me, just make some incremental improvements over an extended period of time and pay attention to your small wins.

Recognize the smallest of improvements and never forget how shitty you used to feel.

There's an opportunity for you at the end of this.

---------

When you understand thyself, you can read others.

Read others and life gets smoother.

Smoother life = more joy and less stress.

Now life is Truly experienced.

What actions do you do that you know you shouldn't? (get to the root)

Would you rather bet on yourself or ask what if forever? (you need to start on your path)

No one is saving you except yourself, that said you can learn lots from others.

Follow your natural interest and stay away from anything that feels forced.

Freedom is the pathway, not friction.

------

In conclusion life is a mind game, the world is not as it is, but as you are.

Are you clear on what you want to become? (in terms of character)

Do you have something you don't want to become?

Are your actions aligned with your vision?
