2/ it's likely you may feel rushed to achieve
When you wake up early you are simply ahead of the pack.

MORNING HOURS - COMPOUNDED.
At first, an extra 3 hours of productive work may not blow your mind.
But after years... Those extra 3 hours of deep work stack. A SIMPLE shift in your standards, being someone who wakes up early, WILL change your entire future.

PM HOURS - PREVENTING SELF-SABOTAGE.
Personally I've found it EASIEST to slack of at night. Know yourself. Know your potential pitfalls. Create plans and systems to be your personal guide.
1/ Have a set work cut off time
2/ Get crystal clear on what holds you back
3/ Replace the actions that slow you down with healthy alternatives

Listen, it's not about perfection. But - your standards have to propel you into a more developed and skillful version of you.
What you consume, how you treat others, what you do with your time, these are the factors which create your standards.
