How to be assertive : (without being aggressive)


Aggression and assertiveness are not the same.


-aggression is coming through the vehicle of confusion


-anyone who truly investigates themselves will see the nature of aggression


-it's only through making multi-faceted connections that one can see depth and nuance

The diabolical vehicle of confusion;


Can aggression exist without insecurity and fear? Our nervous system is in symbiosis with the conscious and unconscious. Aggression unfolds as an instantaneous reaction 9/10 times. If one who's aggressive takes the energy to study, the insecurity and fear with always reveal themselves at the core.

Why do I write about this;


Most people are not aware of how they really work.


But humanity needs a symbiosis between the conscious and unconscious.

My uncle's saying;


When I was curious about motors and engines, he just said to tear them down and put them back together. He gave me an angle that is fundamental to deeper understanding of life. Human beings are a key component to this world, and for US to evolve, we have a beautiful opportunity to deconstruct what we are.

How do you become assertive and not aggressive?


1/ what are the themes within assertiveness?


-self respect

-confidence

-health


2/ ok, and what tends to corrupt those aspects of assertiveness?


-terrible nutrition

-wasting of time

-low quality lifestyle

-falling down slippery slopes which sabotage respect, confidence and health


3/ what can one do to feel healthy enough to align actions with confidence

and respect?


-walk often and frequently (at least 5 - 10M - walks throughout the day bare minimum)

-do not wait until you are feeling agitated and dehydrated to eat and drink water

-do business from a place of time, health, wealth and love abundance
