are you living in a flow state?

What is the state of flow?
Let's start with what it's not...
Flowing is not egotistical.
Lets dive into the nature of ego:
-desiring
-judging
-not accepting
-low frequency emotion
Okay, what's low frequency emotion?
-fear
-greed
-guilt
-shame
-anger
-pride
If your thoughts or actions are driven by low frequency emotion, you are not flowing.
So then, now lets detail what flow is.
Flow is being.
Not having or doing.
What's that mean, being?
This is when one is totally immersed in the moment.
Not stressing, worrying or thinking.
How do you go about generating flow?
Many variables go into this.
Practically you can create flow through some of these tactics:
-pressing two fingers together so you FEEL the ridges between the fingers
-listening to high frequency music (classical, old rock, country, wordless beats)
-focusing on the feeling of your toes pressuring the ground/shoe
-repeating a high frequency word within your mind (health, appreciate, strong)
Task examples:
-exercising
-playing
-organizing
-creating
-conversating
-reading
-studying lectures
Combine the tactic with the task and you will feel the flow.
