Just Do This ONE Thing With Your Emotions

Having trouble with emotional balance?
I used to feel frozen, it was hard.
My thoughts and feelings controlled me.
It was like being a deer in headlights.
Or a squirrel that couldn't decide which direction to go.
You live broken, small, confused for long enough..
It cracks you, strength starts to seep in.
But remember, seeds need water, sunlight, fresh air.
Too many of us lets the seeds of intelligence go uncared for.
Then we wonder why life is a constant firefighting process.
'luck is when opportunity and preparation meet.'
When you care, you notice how you think, you watch how you feel.
The creator may make itself known.
Like, yeah, hey, I am here..
You don't get a wish like a genie.
But you do get a new sense.
An essence of freedom.
And an awareness of when there's 0 freedom.
This internal mechanism goes so deep.
Too deep for words and language to cover.
But if there's one thing you can do.
That would be to notice your emotions.
To observe how you think.
To see how your actions may be creating your pain.
To learn though a deep honestly with yourself.
Best part is; Only you can do the work.
