[How to transform anger into high octane fuel:]

Does anger itself have anything to do with the someone who is angry?

It doesn't matter who's angry. What they are angry about. Who they are angry with.

The meaning lies in watching anger itself.

Not attaching personal importance to anger.

Not thinking about past and future in relation to anger.

Not rationalizing and justifying why you deserve to hold onto anger.

BUT ACTUALLY LOOKING AT THE ANGER.

You see, some people are living in a world of constant doing, busy busy busy, and when they are not doing, they are consuming information and entertainment - never a moment of nothing during the day.

Now we need this nothing time, this leisure space to slow down the mind and use the sensitivity to feel, listen and observe the anger. (or any other thought / emotion)

Leisure can be:

-walking down the road

-stretching on the yoga matt

-cleaning, dusting, filtering and organizing

-simply sitting in the grass or on a rock watching nature

Bottom line is - we need to create psychological space so that we can do the work which is actually being with anger.

If we don't have the space, then it's tougher to be aware and sensitive, without that SHARPNESS of sensitivity we won't be capable of noticing these unseen movements.

So for someone reading this: Here's a prompt...

What are some of the mechanical patterns in my living that obstruct the mind from having correct psychological space?

Listen. My offer is closed until October 1st.
