Do you ever sound like this?

I can't believe she's [insert specific content] (wearing that, posting this, doing that, etc etc]

The nature of judgement... The absolute confusion that all judgement comes from...

Wither it be my bias, my culture, my programming, my likes/dislikes, when I operate in that manner... It's diabolical. It's destructive. It's petty.

Why can't we see others and see it for what they are?

What if I deeply see how false my specific content is?

When I live like:

-I'm righteous, my opinions matter

-I'm becoming something important, chasing status

-I'm this label, and I believe in this, and I prefer this

That's the route to existing in a miserable manner.

That life is so shallow. It's chasing pleasure and escaping pain.

But I've seen the falseness in the examples I've shared here.

I've made the connections, the deeper noticing of what you and I actually are.

When I operate from a place of truth, all that needs to be done in the noticing of what's false.

Life truly can become something beautiful and simple.

A life free of stress, forceful discipline, insecurity, fear, anger, lust.

All I've done is pay attention to how false this ego is.

All the lies we play on repeat within our continuously chattering minds.

Listen, I can admit, I can see how chaotic I used to be.
