Hi! Today I cover how to become a better decision maker, so you get free and wealthy.

There are certain areas of life that branch off to effect every other aspect of an individuals life, decision making is one of these parts.

It's worthwhile to train this ability as smoother decision making reduces stress and that itself is freeing.

There are certain traits which oppose success, being indecisive is terribly limiting.

Humans thrive when they can bear responsibility.

Don't you want to be a person who can be relied on?

-----------

Becoming honest with oneself is powerful.

To be any human of healthy influence we begin with becoming dependable and earning respect.

This initiates internally, then reflects outward.

It's our duty to radiate a self-respect.

And each of us may see respect in differently, so there is a potential rift.

If what respect looks like for you and I differs, what is our solution?

To find balance is the fine line, realizing neither of our views are necessarily better than another, while surely considering all the effects of either of our perspectives.

Not being over-taken by personal bias and opinion.

This is difficult, to see through our own bias, it's only possible through acknowledging it even exist.

Self-respect is founded upon taking care of yourself while having compassion for others around you.

We want to generate a powerful reason and meaning behind taking care of ourselves, all while understanding the importance in self-lessness and leading by example.

Stray too far to either and it's un-healthy.

Many people lack clarity, what about you?

If we don't have this balance of selfishness and selflessness down, decision making becomes difficult. See, you can't share anything you don't have.

And many humans end up giving until the point where they have nothing to give.

It's beautiful to share, in a healthy balance.

When we don't have clarity on how to navigate life's wants and needs then we can fall out of balance.

So I must emphasize the word clarity.

How do we know the fine line between self-care and care for others?

Generally put, it's our degree of self-understanding.

Realizing when you need to do what.

And practically what does this feel like?

For instance, say you are at a family gathering socializing, it's about feeling when to leave and being fine with your feeling.

Or to know how much is too much when it comes to the 90/10 rule.

It's the balance of doing things for others while doing things for yourself.

Strong emotion is consistently telling you a story, aim to question why you feel how you feel without becoming too attached to the answers you create.

-----------

Generate fuel and notice your progress, no matter how small.

Overcoming indecisiveness can be confusing.

Usually the toughest part is beginning on the mission to clarity.

And therefore it may call for sort of an epiphany to occur.

Asking a question such as, "If I don't change my actions, how will I feel about where I am 1 year or 3 years down the road?"...

This can be painful to answer, yet powerful.

Realizing that time is limited and that you don't want to continue feeling average or even worse, know internally that you settled.

To get the ball rolling you can use the disgust generated from the idea of settling and the inspiration derived from imagining what you can become when you put in the correct amount of hours.

Then you start coming up with small incremental adjustments over a consistent duration of time and eventually you will peek back and realize how much progress has occurred.

And along that journey it's crucial to notice small wins. Every few days to journal and track when you are living the healthy lifestyle.

All this is founded upon you Truly committing to creating the life you know you can create.

We need to have that mindset which is absolutely set on becoming healthier, stronger and wiser.

Have many tools, tactics and systems for self-regulation.

Practically what tactics and frameworks allow for smoother decision making?

We want to know our key task which create a healthy foundation.

Like what actions lead to a clear mind?

And What task are the top priority to move toward my bigger picture vision?

Actions that lead to a clear mind are following the healthy nutritional structure, exercising frequently, setting a healthy tone for each day, executing on the priority needle moving task, resting, re-charging, walking, decompressing and setting the right tone for sleep.

When the mind is foggy then it slows down every single decision we make, this adds up bigtime to slow down our success.

And some practical tactics are the activities that help to reduce stress.

When we are stressed our decision making in less efficient.

We reduce stress through the structure I listed above and in an even more detailed manner it comes down to daily habits.

Both cognitive and physical habits effect your stress levels.

Cognitively, your state of mind matters a lot.

If you act like a victim stress will rise, as you feel out of control.

Rather, if you identify what you can regulate and choose to place attention solely on that point, then you can learn to feel better about any situation.

Physically there are many tools to be calmer, such as journaling, tapping into your physical senses, practicing breath work, feeling the texture of your fingertips ridges or feeling the texture between your toes tips and the ground or shoe.

Suffering allows you to move toward freedom.

What does healthier decision making do for quality of our experience?

To be straightforward, it reduces the amount of uncomfortable emotion we have to feel.

It optimizes for flow state living and leads us to have deeper moments each day.

When you are confident in your choices you go to sleep and feel peace at night. There is no, "I shoulda, woulda or coulda"...

You end up living a enjoyable life due to committing to your decisions, this does not mean you don't learn from mistakes.

Rather, I'm implying to stick with your choices, yet if you are totally proven incorrect you will be open-minded enough to admit you were wrong, to reflect upon the situation and therefore to take any lessons that you see from the new found reality.

It's not being right that is often the True win, but knowing how and when to conserve your energy and internal peace.

It's knowing when it's important to stand up for values and when are you being reeled into some petty human bullshit?

Again, the lines are not always crystal clear.

As long as we are aiming to reduce suffering in the big picture and are willing to iterate, act, trust and be consistent we will become better and better at identifying the lines between balance and imbalance.

I'm pondering building a self-educational program detailing how you can get the most out of sleep and radiate high energy.

Specifically for people who know they have massive potential, want to impact others positively and want to stop wasting time.

Will have more info at the conclusion of email.

We need the push and the pull.

What can you do right now, today to start becoming a better decision maker?

See, this is the sort of question I must include in my writing.

For gods sake, please answer that question.

It takes a few minutes to write a healthy paragraph.

Shoot me your response if you are for real.

As, the deeper psychological insight is so powerful, the practical simple stuff is just as valuable.

We benefit from mixing depth and practicality.

What do I do right now?

-Write about your alternative, do what you must to commit to your highest self.

-Identify the habits that are holding you back the MOST

-Identify the healthy habits you will replace the old ones with

-Create a daily structure like this : [like I explained in Paragraph 4]

It's the combination of knowing what you want and using the uncomfortable emotion derived from what you don't want that allows for us to over-come barriers.

It's a game-changer when you learn how to use both the good and bad and a source to inspire healthy action.

------------

What are some areas that you think you are an expert at?

What can you do to challenge your current beliefs in those areas?

Every decision we make is important, if we don't evaluate how our choices effect us then we limit our potential drastically.

It's crucial that we prioritize time to reflect each day.

------------

Listen, external freedom, internal peace and financial abundance can be yours.

All this is founded upon proper energy levels and knowing how to invest that energy.

If you are interested in me creating a self-educational program on high quality sleep and energy I need to hear from you.

It would be between $15 and $40 USD.

I'm interested in wealth, freedom and peace.
