So, solution?
Whole, simple foods... Sourced ethically.
It Truly isn't rocket science.
You want to avoid chemicals... (words you can't pronounce easily)
What to do?
Be intentionally with what you:
-put on your body (hygiene products)
-put in your mind (where you place attention)
-put in your body (less ingredients the better)

I use coconut oil as deodorant, face lotion, and cooking oil.
Find what's healthy and exploit TF out of it!
Many hygiene products have cancerous ingredients in them.
I use apple cider vinegar as conditioner! Simple.
The trick to health in the modern world is SIMPLIFICATION.
You don't have to be perfect.
Although, your bodies health is very important.
If you mix in some fasting, natural food/products and exercise consistently you're getting much healthier.
Then, being intentional with what you think about and consume mentally is the other piece.
