an extremely simple, yet powerful system?

If you are aiming to maximize on your limited 24 HR days, here :
What has helped me the most is creating systems and life structures so that I don't have to stress.
It's simple, I know when to do what.
So this will allow you to become more efficient and reduce stress.
Who doesn't want that?
The framework is:
AM - use the mind
AFTERNOON - fill the mind
PM - decompress the mind
Practically this looks like:
AM - focus on projects and deep work
AFTERNOON - interact, converse and educate
PM - any calming activity that's healthy
Personal examples:
AM - writing, creating and recording for my business
AFTERNOON - long chats, podcast and reading
PM - walks, stretching, chess and breath work
All this said, it's a LOOSE structure...
I begin the day with stretching and breath work to set the tone, even though those are labeled PM actions.
When you have structures and systems the secret is not being overly-strict, they are a guideline.
I feel it's important to start the day and end the day intentionally calm and smooth.
Plug and play.
Change it around.
Point is, figure out what personally works the best for you!
There will always be structural Truths in life, that said the content, in other words the specific details will defer from situation to situation.
For instance, "treat others how you would like to be treated."
Now, how I would like to be treated may not be the same as how you would like to be treated.
So we have to balance that statement with a compassionate understanding that we all have different opinions and preferences.
I'm going to be creating a paid low ticket self-education program, specifically focusing on all the depth behind having high quality sleep and energy.
