The common and mediocre lies

Mar 04, 2024 2:00 pm

The common definition often is a lie.

Most people think things make them angry.

But - that's not what anger actually is...

See - when we are angry. We choose to be angry.

Anger does not happen to us.

Anger does arise within us.

And since it comes from WITHIN...

This means we can go DEEPER into the source of anger.

You see - Do humans get sick?

Or do humans create sickness by lacking health?

My point really is...

We have to talk about the internal more.

Why?

Well, technologically, humanity is doing amazing.

BUT - internally, we still have a massive opportunity for evolution.

There's so much unnecessary FRICTION in our relation to the world.

And this friction can only be understood when more humans INQUIRE WITHIN.

So. Next time you feel anger.

Slow down. Go into that anger. Where did that anger root from.

My friend sent me a voice message yesterday.

Then he got interrupted, someone almost pulled out in front of him.

I listened... As he started raging.

This fat *expletive* in her stupid blue mini cooper...

THEN... HE REALIZED WHAT HE WAS DOING.

He started LAUGHING A LOT.

He SAW how his anger started.

He NOTICED how he was REACTING.

The more we do this noticing.

The smoother and more joyous our ENTIRE WORLD BECOMES.

DON'T BELIEVE ME. DON'T AGREE. MAYBE TEST IT OUT.
