how to identify what's holding you back?

Hey!
Hope you're feeling well.
Today I feel like writing on a priceless concept:
Admitting where we sabotage ourselves.
This is a tricky topic.
Denial is one of the most powerful forms of deception.
This is, when we lie to ourselves unconsciously, creating justifications and excuses for participating in forms which are un-healthy.
I guess, the question is, how much pain can you handle?
Shortly after high-school I got sick of feeling sick and tired.
I was like, is this what I'm going to do for the rest of my life?
Many people just accept a certain level of pain as their norm.
The choice...
So, ask yourself, what sort of life do you want to build?
See, you always get what you give in this universe.
What are the daily habits that lead to feeling shameful?
Negative emotion is a sign you can adjust and feel better!!!
You can't fix anything without noticing it could be improved.
So pay attention to what you do that creates your own pain.
Also, Nobody does anything TO you, it's your reaction that creates the pain.
Sure, it may be unpleasant to be treated a certain way, that said, you have a choice.
To understand what the lesson is?
Or to dwell and act helpless?
The former leads you to becoming powerful and joyous.
How to shift your thinking?
I feel there's 3 main stages.
Victim -> Survival -> Thriving
We want to thrive and enjoy our moments, right?
This means we have to take responsibility for how we feel and what we become.
We gain nothing by blaming and complaining.
Rather, we can transmute tough situations into profound opportunities to become wiser.
This is founded upon a strong mind.
A mind that is willing to reflect and look deeply at what is causing it pain.
Because, it's only in doing what you're scared to do that will allow for you to become confident.
It's not supposed to be easy, if it was easy it would be boring.
Life is the best game ever.
Remember, anything that's too easy we loose interest in.
I know it's tough, that said, be grateful for the challenges.
Everything I write is a reminder for myself.
I was annoyed prior to writing this.
I feel much better now.
Conclusion
It comes down to your daily habits on a moment to moment basis.
What's the quality of your thinking?
Are you consuming fearful information - which breeds more fear?
Do you understand the power of feedback loops?
Do you understand the mind body connection?
Do you have tactics and systems for remaining peaceful and destroying stress?
If not, we may be able to smoothen the seas together.

If you had to pinpoint it, do you know what the main thing you want to improve about yourself/your life is?
