aiming to become more confident?

Hey, listen, you are about to know exactly how to feel and think healthier
There are actions that create low frequency (uncomfortable) feelings and thoughts.
It's these actions that directly lower our confidence.
The tricky Truth is, the mind doesn't notice this.
It took me years to figure out how this works...
These actions have a theme though.
They are acts that involve numbing and distraction.
Specifically :
-consuming substances
(hard drugs - alc - weed)
-scrolling mindlessly
-binge eating
That said, I know it's terribly difficult to overcome some of this.
How do we overcome this?
It involves a surrendering...
Admitting that we are not who we want to be and that we need help.
A sort of surrendering to yourself. To the source that created you.
If you are willing to ask the universe for guidance your life will get better.
I have suffered for many hours, this has changed.
