Rich isn’t money. It’s what happens before money.

There’s a type of poverty that money can’t fix.
You’ve seen it.
The millionaire still anxious in his silence.
The high-performer who drowns in his own mind when he’s alone.
I’ve lived it.
And here’s what I know now:
You don’t feel rich when your Stripe balance is full.
You feel rich when you no longer need your success to validate your existence.
True wealth is stillness.
It’s choosing to breathe fully even when no one is watching.
It’s presence that isn’t for sale.
It’s waking up without dread.
Wealth is internal capacity.
The capacity to sit with discomfort.
To let the waves pass without panicking.
To be here — and not need an escape hatch.
When you reclaim that...
Money becomes something else entirely.
It stops being a replacement for meaning.
And starts becoming a tool for expansion.
So if you’re broke, but you’re watching your mind...
You’re not broke.
If you’re in between gigs, but you can feel joy on a Tuesday morning...
You’re not poor.
And if you're not there yet?
Start with stillness.
Start with what you already have.
Start by noticing what your nervous system calls “unsafe,” and learning to breathe through it.
That’s wealth.
And that’s where everything begins.
Reply "STILLNESS" if this speaks to your heart.
