Younger Justin would be in AWE to meet current Justin

It's almost beyond words how much WE, you and I, can learn

And I don't mean learn as in, storing knowledge and facts mechanically and then using memory to recall them and sound smart

That is all okay, but to TRULY learn is to have a change in one's behavior, how one speaks, how one operates on a moment to moment basis holistically

To learn is to become more observant of the many moving variables in this game we call life

It doesn't necessarily matter where one begins, what hand one was dealt, the end game will be the same

Now we do need to understand who we are, but that's beyond the materialistic cards one was dealt

Through knowing thyself, it's inevitable that one is led closer and closer to what they are TRULY, ACTUALLY meant to be doing

I know my life was so painful, confusing, before I began to do this work and play the game, of knowing, listing, seeing, observing and feeling the nature of the ego

And that psychological suffering drained me. I had lower energy, I was constantly self-conscious and therefore doubting, second-guessing, judging myself and others, all actions of wasting PRECIOUS energetic capacity

See, the game's a bit tricky

As one must get to a point where somehow, someway, cycles begin to be seen

Patterns, mechanical ways of living are observed

Then maybe, just maybe, one will have enough space psychologically

That space can bring one to an INSIGHT BEYOND WORDS

And then that single insight will be the root to one's life

As all of life sprouts from one single aspect

The ability to notice those thoughts and feelings the moment they arise
