  • reduces physical tension
  • invites creativity


This means to NOT TAKE EVERYTHING SO PERSONALLY.


What does to mean to be strong?


Strength implies some form of an immovable essence. As a rock, it's durable, it's heavy, it's material is hard and strong. How can you have qualities of the rock, without being just a rock?


As often strength becomes a crutch for many humans, they grow strong, but they move to an extreme. Like the rock.


But you can be both strong and flexible and nimble...

  • you are aware of both strength and weakness
  • you balance building on strengths and healing weaknesses
  • you think strategically, you consider function, you consider the psychological too


Your stress turns into strength when you stop avoiding, rationalizing, judging and begin to truly allow yourself to feel your emotional movement and to observe your psychological storytelling and thinking process.


There are many variables which lead into having the energetic capacity to do this work, which is absolutely so freeing. Beyond words.
