Now someone reading may be:
-very overweight
-moderately overweight
-underweight, needing to gain muscle and not much fat
But it all comes down to your INPUT and OUTPUT.
You train well but don't have the right nutritional input, ehhhhhh not good.
You eat okay, but physically lack output, ehhhhhh...
How can one create a balanced lifestyle that allows for a healthy relationship to physical wellbeing?
- Nutrition must be simple
- Output must also be simple
- Simplicity around key levers = EFFORTLESS DISCIPLINE
You can get to a point where your old peak is now your average baseline.
This all comes down to seeing that you are energy.
- certain actions leave you drained
- certain actions charge you up to flow
