Quieting the internal judge. A fast system that guarantees results.

 You have that voice, the internal voice that sometimes never seems to stop.

There came a point where I could not tolerate it.

I knew I had to change, my mind was fully aware my actions were not aligned with my spirit. What's your internal dialogue like?



High Frequency VS. Low Frequency

These two categories, high and low frequency, this is a comprehensive way to begin.

See, just about everything can be divided into one of these spaces.

Quality of thought, language and action can be understood when ran through these filters.

It makes sense to start with language, as it's the initial building block to thought, which then shifts into feelings and actions.

Each word carries a certain energy.

If you only use and think words with high frequency energy you will start feeling better and doing better.

Words such as, nature, spirit, health, wisdom, focus, integrity, balance, openness, curiosity, those are all high frequency.

Think about what it feels like when you focus on one of these ideas, the energy is healthy.

Low frequency language is like, flattery, manipulation, greed, passion, lust, jealously, revenge, inferiority, fear, the energy is not healthy.

So those are general ideas, but if you ever are thinking in terms of low frequency, it's no coincidence you feel poor and then act poorly.

Focus on changing the words you use and your thought patterns will shift as well, changing your entire lifestyle.

Eventually the quality of your internal voice will shift too.



Physical Systems For Organization

It's much easier to be productive and enjoy your progress when you are not confused, but clear and organized.

If you are confused the inner judge has an opportunity to break your flow.

When you are focused there is less space and a lower likelihood that the judge comes into play.

I highly recommend creating a weekly planner.

My favorite method is creating one physical template and running copies of it.

I have a tab for each day of the week and each day is split into AM / MIDAY / PM.

Then a weekly ideas section below.

As I get ideas I put them there and then I filter the ideas through Tier 1 and Tier 2 in terms of value.

I just aim for 3+ hours of quality work on value task and that guarantees growth.

Point is, if you don't have physical systems to guarantee progress your judge will get loud.

Humans are meant to build.

And this system here is a great but simple foundation to make building easier.

You are meant to enjoy the journey, so learning how to quiet your judge as you build is worthwhile.

Don't play that bullshit game of "I'll be happy once I get'..."



Psychological Systems For Clarity

Now that you understand low vs. high frequency language and have the physical system for success it's priceless to create psychological clarity.

All of this ties together in the end.

To quiet the inner judge you need tactics and to know when to do what.

Meaning, there are some staples to clarity.

One staple is meditating after waking up.

How you set the tone for your day matters.

It's simple but powerful.

Next is to train and exercise early in your day.

I don't care if it's intense or you just walk, but if I don't get moving early I tend to feel chaotic.

Even if I'm getting lots done from my weekly planner.

Next you want to balance work and play.

For example, I'll do a few hours of business work and then I'll walk my dogs and speak with a friend on the phone.

There are different states of mind, and if you only operate from business mode you can forget how beautiful each day is.

You can forget to enjoy the journey.

You can become bitter and trapped by materialism.

I don't want that for you or I, but rather to create a balanced way of being both great at living and business.



Practical In-The-Moment Methods

Let's get super detailed.

Here I'll touch on the tools you can implement in the moment that you catch yourself thinking and feeling low frequency.

These are the tools which can create energy shifts quickly.

It's not that you won't have low frequency moments, but rather how quickly can you notice the low frequency and create your desired energetic shift.

Context, meditation is the top tool to make this process easier.

Paired with meditation a clean nutritional structure is priceless.

And all that I've already written here.

But now with all that known, you want to pay close attention to the tenseness of your gut / stomach.

Many people are carrying constant tension around without noticing it.

To release this tension what you do first is admit and notice it's there, then think about your feet, specifically the feeling of your toes on the ground or wherever they are right now.

Focus your attention on the sensations that you feel with a body part, notice when your mind starts going again and re-focus on the physical sensation.

I have timers set throughout my day every few hours to remind me to do this.



Philosophy Of The Judge

The judge is not bad.

But your mind can simply be more peaceful, the judge is healthy as it's simply reflecting the quality of your lifestyle back to you.

If your internal voice is terribly harsh, it's informing you that the quality of your thoughts and actions are low frequency.

The voice is hinting you to adapt and evolve.

Trouble is, many humans let their egos self defense mechanisms take over.

Closed mindedness and denial and two powerful defense mechanisms which keep humans stuck in life.

If you feel you are quick to close off to certain ideas, maybe investigate what the root cause to that behavior is.

Many humans create their own hell on earth, they avoid the call of their inner voice, which pulls you to become what you are meant to be.

The ego wants to be safe and away from fear.

But the Truth is you are like a ship and ships are not meant to stay in their harbors.

You are meant to face fear, to heal inferiorities by breaking through false ceilings of your ego.

The quality of your mind directly creates the quality of your life.

The 'smallest' of things add up big time.

If you pay more attention to the details in your every day life you will evolve.

You need low frequency to understand the value in high frequency.

You are directly responsible for where and who you are at this moment.
