How I went all in on business...

Without burning out.

4 step system with 14+ practical tactics:

----

The Cores:

-sting of rejection VS. continuous pain of 'what if I did....'

-creating structure for massive execution

-reflecting and iteration upon results

-the big understanding

This is what I will cover.

---

It's delusional to expect someone to come and save you. You are meant to be on a hero's journey and you yourself are the hero.

Big question;

What do you prefer, learning from failure or never knowing what you could have been?

---

At some point, your 'old' self has to be metaphorically killed.

The guy who does all the shit that you no longer respect. That guy can't be you if you are on the path.

TIP; Get crystal clear on your values and break them down into actions you do and don't do.

---

Step 1: Make a list of your values for pure clarity

I value:

-treating others how I'd like to be treated

-financial and all other freedom

-genuinely expressing myself

-mind body spirit health

Clear values increase the odds for easy decision making.

---

No structure leads to aimless living. Living that creates regrets and turns you into someone you don't respect.

Each of need some sort of loose outline to keep us squared away and on top of our lives.

(If you want to create a life you love)

---

P.S.

Are you into developing your mind, body and spirit?

I’m giving away free 20-30 minute coaching calls this month.

Reply to this email if interested.

---

Do you address priorities or what's urgent?

I have a system for both.

You should know WHEN to do WHAT.

Meaning; you create systems for handling everything you have to work through, your execution is not aimless but tactical and strategic.

---

Step 2: Create a weekly and daily planner template

This is your structure. Don't make it too loose nor too rigid.

-M through Su

-Split days by AM - Midday - PM

-Create an ideas section for each week

-Create a reminders section for each month

-Highlight the task which you didn't complete and transfer them to a new day

----

The world is giving you feedback. But often times we resist what is being reported back to us...

It's not so simple though. Sometimes you are on the right path and results take time.

Bottom line is, paying attention to your results, and being open to making adjustments is fundamental to growth.

---

No bullshitting yourself - Too many grown adults built their life upon mis-conceptions.

Be extra real with you. Don't have easy expectations. Don't complain. It's likely going to be harder than you thought, but it get's easier bc the hard makes you stronger and wiser.

---

Step 3: Create a journaling routine or have reflective conversations often

-when you journal you clarify thought

-clear thought increases the odds for coherent conclusions

-deep conversations also clarify thought

-these conversations are creating a higher quality lifestyle

---

The world is a mirror and sometimes that can be painful.

See, you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Reality is; we all have work to do.

---

The only constant is change.

To accept this is not necessarily easy, humans get attached to things.

Nature grows, withers, dies and comes back again.

That's the game we are playing.

---

Step 4: Zoom out, aim to grasp the nature of reality

-you are a spiritual being in a human body

-we are all once micro piece of a universally connected consciousness

-your judgements, bias's, dislikes, and likes should be clear to you

-focus on accepting what you can't change and improving what you can

Many souls, many different levels of consciousness.

---

PRACTICALLY;

-Create habitual systems which optimize balance

-Focus an simple nutrition as energy is fundamental for business

-Study your morning and nighttime routines and clean them up

-Execute and plan on action when you consume content

-Consume self-education consistently
