You need to commit to your successful pathway of value. Do you want effortless, automatic, undeniable health?

Many humans are stuck in life.
One main reason for this is the quality of the questions they ask themselves.
You will get what you give in life.
And to ask low quality questions guarantees to bring fourth low quality answers.
But what is the difference between a helpful and a poor question?
The route you travel down in life is linked to your internal decision making process.
Questions are more valuable than one may initially expect.
Are you asking questions which create momentum?
----
Decide, commit and learn.
You benefit by noticing how the power of compounding plays a role in the world and specifically in your life.
To ask a question such as "What did I do to deserve this?".
That question leaves so much room for bullshit.
It creates space for a victim mindset to come in and put you in a powerless position.
That's not what you want to do if you desire to feel great and admire yourself.
But, you can change the quality of your questions.
"What can I do to improve this situation?", the base of the question is the same but now you have something which you can work with.
You want to ask questions that lead you somewhere healthy.
If it's a question, an action, a thought, your core key is making sure it's pushing and pulling you in the direction you'd like to go.
Direction is more important than speed.
You get speed only once you get your basic direction down.
It's much better for you to go the wrong direction for a bit than to go nowhere, as the wrong direction will teach you.
Going nowhere will usually leave you with no new experience and no mental resilience.
----
Automatically living healthily.
You don't want to be hard on yourself.
Don't ask questions like "What did I do to become so 'insert negative connotation'", these sorts of questions are not beneficial.
Life can beat you down, you don't have to beat yourself down.
When you make mistakes, remind yourself that you can't change what has already occurred, but you can change your next action.
For example, I eat foods I know I shouldn't sometimes.
Last night I had a chocolate bar and I still feel it this morning, although I've decided to do a water fast today so I know I will feel wonderful again.
My questioning process was like, "what do I need to do to heal?".
See, I don't consciously remember asking that question.
But my subconscious habitually went that direction due to all the training I've put myself though.
So the beauty in healthy living is that eventually it will become easier, quite automatic.
Point is, don't bully yourself, simply reroute and get back on track through asking questions that pull you the healthy way.
----
1+1=2.
What can you do to make better decisions?
When I talk about the subconscious working automatically it's quite the topic.
See, I didn't know this for many years but 90% of what you do is subconscious.
Meaning, you act without consciously thinking way more often than not.
All the micro movements each moment, like as I type on this keyboard I'm not having thoughts such as, place this finger on this letter, it's all just happening at such a rate that I can't even comprehend it consciously.
This is a practical example of the power within the unconscious.
The thing with asking questions is that your subconscious mind is listening.
It's not necessarily that you need to create a answer the moment you ask.
But rather, that since the powerful subconscious is listening you don't want to program it with a negative lens.
You always get what you put out in life.
Your world is a mirror of your internal state.
So if you treat your internal like a pity party and are always complaining, your world will give you more things to complain about.
----
You win once you stop running.
To get yourself un stuck in life first you have to take note of where you currently stand.
Don't bullshit yourself.
Be honest, no sugar coating, but don't over do it either haha.
You want to find a balance here, stray too far to any extreme in life and you fuck yourself. Financially if you've gotten yourself into a bad spot your going to have to be strategically in getting out of that spot.
You have two options, to act as a victim and never heal or to take responsibility for your decisions and learn from your prior choices.
One route will lead you to prosperity while the other creates a miserable existence.
Same process goes for health and your relationships.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
If you feel like life is tough then I'll share some small actions that can begin to turn that around for you.
Listen, you have nothing without health. I don't care how much you weigh, start going for walks.
If you can walk and do a workout each day, do that.
Now you also want to pair exercise with healthy nutrition, do this and you are on the way to a better life.
Healthy nutrition is simply eating natural foods without ingredient list.
Along with that, practice breath work in AM / PM.
Don't drink alcohol more than once every 2 weeks.
Same goes with all substances.
Only listen if you want to feel better.
----
Start now, there is only right now.
OK baby lets nail it home.
Your questions determine the quality of your life.
Your subconscious hears every thought you have.
Your subconscious is not your thoughts.
Analogy time, your thoughts are the elephant, your subconscious is the intelligent rider of the elephant.
The small rider cannot FORCE the elephant to listen.
The elephant must be trained, do you understand that training takes time?
Good.
Point being, every decision you make, every question you ask yourself, every moment is adding up to the quality of your elephants ability.
You need to live your life strategically if you want your elephant to be trained well.
As the rider, you are responsible for making healthy decisions that get the ball rolling the right direction.
This means, delaying gratification, prioritizing sleep, nutrition, exercise, breath work and guarding your energy.
If you are a bad rider your elephant is going to be bad as well.
Just as the modern day dog is usually an accurate representation of it's owner.
You ever notice that?
If you pay attention you will realize everything is telling a story.
Now I'm not telling you to judge, I'm telling you to observe.
Judging involves you placing yourself no a pedestal, notice the attitude, or the tone of voice of your elephant (your thoughts).
Observing is more friendly and neutral.
P.S. If you want to grow your Twitter account - Cheap & sustainable offer at conclusion.
---
So, practically and philosophically what can you do to improve your elephants capabilities right now?
You need to trust in the power of habits.
You need to know that what you do is compounding.
-start with just 1 - 5 M a day when building new habits
-don't just have 1 healthy habit
-you want to fill your days with healthy habits
A few that come to mind for me are walking a lot, intense training, reading, playing chess, writing, cooking and anything along those lines. (anything creative)
Now you want to also know what to avoid, scrolling for more than 10 M a day, consuming B.S. food (poison), complaining, playing victim, video games for more than 30 M a day (depending on your stage in life), and many others I can't list them all.
----
Now I hope you understand the power in the details.
The inputs, the thoughts and the questions you ask link so tightly to your output.
If you want to build a lovely life you can, but you have to begin crafting it intentionally this moment.
Don't overthink, just go for a walk and practice all the other healthy acts I listed while removing the B.S and you are on your way.
