How to employ regret as a powerful tool

I'm sure you've had moments of regret

As we are human, mistakes naturally happen

But what if regret turned into something valuable, and we no longer made such 'mistakes'?

Essentially I'm going to make this as simple as can be

Regret tends to come in the form of, I shouldn't have done that, I wish I did this differently, I can't believe I did that, etc

That is all derived via thought

Now - the truth is there's 0 point to think about regret

There's 100% a point in inquiring upon regret

To inquire is to work in a different style, a much more advanced, clear and aligned way of making sense of life

Thinking about regret is weak - "only if I did that differently" - that line of thought will lead to more chaotic and useless thought

To inquire is - "What's the nature, and the structure behind regret?" - It's truly about the quality of the questions that one ask...

The nature of regret, is that it's derived via thought, in relationship to the past, right?

Can one change the past?

No. So why waste energy thinking about what can't be changed?

How can one actually learn from their regrets?

What's the structure? Did your regret relate to a specific behavior? Did you treat someone wrong? Did you say something wrong? Did you act in a manner which does not align with who you truly are?

This all points toward ones psychological order, ones behavior and ones relationship to themselves and others.

To solve regret, it's as simple as cleaning up those 3 pillars.

You prevent regret by being aligned in your heart every living moment.

When you see the devious nature of the ego, and how diabolical egotistical thought and emotion are, how they steer you to behave in a manner which is divisive.

Only then will regret no longer grip you.

Because then you will live in a way where you never create a new regret.

P.S. If you truly resonate, and if you are sincere and serious about doing the work...

-radiate confidence

-decrease stress levels

-heal physical and psychological pain
