Are you ashamed of the way your emotions show?

(And of course, how to transform emotion)


You notice you're angry.

Do you act out that anger like a fool?


Or do you notice you're angry and be present with it.

Sit and let the anger move throughout your body.

Actually strong enough to feel what you are.

In that moment.


See, humans will get angry.


Then hours later talk about, how they were angry.


But that is not the same as feeling it and letting it go instantly.


Emotions have meaning.

Just like nature has meaning.

We need the seasons.


Too much summer and the forest would grow unhealthy.

Too much winter and nothing would ever grow.


How to transform emotion:


#1 notice it - be with it - let your body feel it -


#2 don't think - no intellectualizing - just feel


#3 repeat this when you need to feel


You want to be watching your thought on a daily basis.

Letting your awareness pick up on your energy.


"You cannot improve anything you're not first aware could be better"


That quote touches on the main issue.


If we don't let ourselves feel, then how could we ever heal.

How could we ever let go of that which needs to be let go.


But if you are honest..

You'll naturally see that I am hinting at something Truthful.
