The key with friction / pain is to NOTICE IT and then to NOT think about it.

2/ How do you NOT think about the pain?


Don't think about a yellow bat... - ok so that's not it. lol.

You quiet your mind through entering the flow state. The flow state is easily accessible. There will be certain healthy activities that continuously and quickly pull you out of ego centric thought and bring you to a place of just being in a moment.

Depth on the flow state:


Certain actions are healing as they require your attention - when attention is placed on time and thought you are stuck in a space of limitation.

But time and time again you will notice what actions bring you out of time and thought. The whole meaning to life is to figure out how to be more and more in the moment.

3/ Not allowing small problems to grow big


There's a theme here... IT'S QUITE PREVENTITIVE.

THE GREAT LIFE BEGINS WITH SUBTRACTION.

To prevent the growth of small problems we become attentive to details. Meaning we don't constantly numb and distract our mind... BC if the mind is not SENSITIVE AND AWARE it won't be able to grasp the details.

LISTEN... Humans have MANY degrees in terms of their internal development.

Feel their tone of voice. Be open to where they are coming from - what state is driving what they are expressing? (fear- pride- sadness- love- curiosity- etc-) Don't listen so much to their words but their tone of voice and body language, words matter last. Words do matter, but last.
