more progress - less effort?

yeo! does getting more done with less effort appeal to you?


Listen, there's this concept of systems.


Essentially, it's boiled down to knowing when to do what.


Not having to think about making decisions, just knowing what to do.


And feeling smooth about the process of executing on the task.


If you want to get more done with less effort...


You need to be clear on your core priorities.


You need to know your highest leverage actions.


You need to subtract that which doesn't align with your mission.


You need to understand how nutrition and exercise affects your productivity.


In general, this is all about understanding the depth of energetic frequencies.


Ok ok guy, but what do I do practically right now?


AYEE I'm glad you ask.


-Create a daily schedule


AM:

-exercise / self expression

-breath work


Midday:

-education

-socializing


PM:

-decompressing


The framework will only be helpful if you fill in your personal situation.


You have to do the work yourself.


Now, what else?


-Identify your habits


Things like:

-consuming food that makes you feel bad

-obsessive phone usage

-scrolling B.S. often

-judging others

-self judgement

-being angry

-complaining


All of this slows you down.


It makes your work less efficient.


To get more done with less effort our minds need to be running on all cylinders.


We benefit greatly from subtracting before adding.


For each sh!t habit you drop, replace it with a healthy habit.


DO THIS SLOWLY.


If you go too fast you will burnout.


SUSTAINABLE INTENSITY.
