have you forgiven yourself?

Hello there, today you will learn how to understand yourself better.

We all make mistakes. It's inevitable.

Sometimes, It's not even a mistake and there are still consequences.

For example, I opened the door at my gym and got fined for it LOL.

Took me a bit to get over this situation.

Point is, life is not always fair...

So how do we learn to overcome adversity?

It's founded upon seeking lessons and being kind to oneself and others.

What's a practical trick to find gold in the dirt?

First, we have to focus on being less reactive.

Because, when our emotions are high and reactive our intelligence is lower.

Then, we may end up doing something we regret...

How do we become less reactive?

In general it's through our daily habits. Specifically habits that require focused attention.

Along with training focused attention we subtract from distraction.

Common forms of distraction :

-Picking up phone

-Eating when you don't need to

-Hanging out with average people without ambition

If you do these less you will see results in all areas of life.

Lastly, I'm considering creating a video and written course on either

  1. Destroying self-sabotage and becoming strong, focused and confident
  2. The details and power of having high-quality sleep and how exactly to do so

I would DEEPLY appreciate a response from anyone who may be interested and which topic you prefer I go to work on.

They would be priced between $15 and $40 USD depending on how much time I put into them.

I am open to other course suggestions too.
