Today I'll explain the secret to improving every aspect of your life :
What does the phrase 'internal battle' mean to you?
Personally it involves :
-doubt
-friction
-worrying
-annoyance
Emotions of that quality, in other words, low frequency emotions.
When we are not 100% set on our actions it is painful.
How can we reduce these egotistical, low frequency feelings?
The key is noticing and feeling when they are arising...
"You can't improve something you don't know can be better..."
The art form is shortening the distance between the feeling arising and you noticing it's there.
To shorten the distance calls for a shift in our entire lifestyle.
Changing how and when we do what.
To begin, we have to identify what actions are the opposite of what we want to do.
Meaning, actions are the initiation of feelings, and there are certain ways that we don't enjoy feeling.
So by identifying and being crystal clear on how we don't want to feel, we can use that as fuel to shift our habits.
Our everyday habits are what create our future.
Specifically we want to partake in habits that lead us to a clear and healthy mind/body.
When we do things that damage or slow the mind/body we put ourselves in a low frequency state.
This low frequency state is equivalent to hell on earth.
See, based on our action we choose wither we entertain heaven on earth or the opposing end.
The trick is understanding the depth behind how we can override old habitual programming.
Use the alternative of how you want to feel as fuel to be healthy.
