Hi, in this writing you will learn how to set yourself up for significant future success. 


There are basic fundamental aspects of life that the human benefits from understanding.

These basics add up to create your mood.

See, we always feel the way we do for a reason, it's fully in our power to notice feelings and adapt due to our preferred state of mind.

If we don't understand the basics to feeling good, then we sort of are stuck on level 1 in a 10,000 level video game.

Do you want to feel good and enjoy the game?

True success


Some of the crucial factors for enjoying the game are fulfillment and health.

Fulfillment is earned through deeper aspects like having an inspiring impact on others, sharing beautiful moments with people you enjoy being around and feeling a passion for what you do on a moment to moment basis.

And health is having your psychology and physiology operating smoothly.

The opposite of fulfillment is chasing external approval for internal self-worth, it doesn't work that way.

When you place how you feel on things that are not directly in your locus of control, this is essentially a recipe for disaster.

That's how not to be fulfilled.

And the opposite of health sprouts of that theme, combined with the poising of ones body and mind with low frequency inputs.

Energy is the concept to dive into


How do physiology and psychology link?

See, it's honestly mind-blowing to realize how tightly connected we are, the mind-body integration is key.

If you fuel your mind with low quality thinking, it's inevitable that your body feels poor as well.

Same thing vice-versa.

Where do we start when aiming to feel better?

The most basic aspects of these categories.

What do you eat and what do you put into your mind...

It's simplest to reverse engineer first, there are certain categories of food and mental input that are destructive to your health and internal peace.

Therefore half the battle is avoiding certain things, I'll go into detail later but for now we can refer to these inputs as energy wasters.

Once you identify energy wasters in your life you begin to level up.

See, we have limited energy and time, therefore when we optimize how we invest these things we create massive opportunity to move toward a thriving state of mind.

What's your anchor?


We have to touch on the grand idea of fulfillment, without a powerful anchor for optimizing our time and energy we won't get too far.

Road bumps are inevitable.

So our reason and mission has to be deeply important and usually OUTSIDE ourselves to keep up going, even when we feel down.

How do you create this mission?

It's founded upon the idea of turning pain into purpose and following natural curiosities.

See, pain is a powerful emotion, it pushes us to adapt and change and we have the opportunity to share valuable insights and lessons that have helped us move forward through that pain.

There's two sides to every coin.

One could use pain as a reason to whine and complain or turn it into massive fuel to create an inspiring impact.

It's a choice.

Many humans don't know what their mission is, they have not created their purpose.

Just start somewhere, pick something that interest you, or educate yourself on healing through your own pain and that will lead you where you need to go.

Practically, the game must be thought of in strategic terms.

The angle changes the reality


How do we use uncomfortable emotion and circumstances to help us?

Continuously I remind myself to trust in the direction I'm headed.

Re-framing in the moment isn't easy.

That said, cowering when things get uncomfortable just does not help one bit, rather we can choose to switch the angle we are perceiving from.

The new angle can totally change the reality.

It's like, "don't judge a book by it's cover."

The situation can seem horrible, yet I know for a fact there's an opportunity or lesson within every single annoying moment we experience.

This is just how life works.

I'm reminding myself here with all that I write, I need these sort of reminders, because it's quite easy to get caught in low frequency ego if we don't observe ourselves closely.

The best reminder is your life-style.

If you want to enjoy life more and turn any moment into something to be appreciated, we have to change what we are.

Change occurs through consistent action and iterating each day while moving toward a vision you trust in.

Habits and vision are two very powerful foundation aspects to your big picture success and freedom.

What's your alternative?


So now, How do we practically set a healthy foundation in stone?

First, the inner BURN or mission will have to be strong.

This can surely adapt with time so simply start somewhere and be open to shifting with what feels right.

The Truth is we all have 24 HR days.

This is the structure, now we have to optimize how we invest both our limited time and energy. Understand you can't do everything.

That said, we pick our values and priorities wisely, now we know what is most important to us.

It's absolutely crucial to stand for what we value, to accomplish your top priority task early in the day. This sets the tone for a healthy day.

When the day begins right it's easier to flow into other healthy habits, which is the healthy foundation. Habits are the core to becoming Truly successful.

What changes someone is the subtraction of sh!t habits and replacing those with healthy ones.

I'll list some life-changing habits next.

You can go about this alone and grow, although if you are seeking to improve in the most timely manner and move toward your vision I'll have an opportunity at the end of the email.

Every decision is a vote


We can't build a castle on a poor foundation, if we desire to see what our True potential is this calls for strategic living.

Being wise about what we choose to do each moment.

See, life is a game and there's millions of ways to go about it from a hyper zoomed in perspective.


Life changing habits:


-morning focus / breath work / meditation

-daily cardio / weights / agility

-reading / consuming long form education

-prioritizing healthy nutrition

-prioritizing healthy sleep

-writing a page a day


This stuff improves the power of your mind and body.

Meaning, you become well rounded and prepared for just about anything life throws at you, I don't know your specific route, yet I know these habits will help any human.

Bet on yourself!
