[The Easiest Way To Subtract Stress From Day-To-Day Living:]

Look at stress.
Not think about it. But look at it.
- it does not need to be solved
- it does need to be inquired into (questioned, looked at, heard)
The mind has be programmed through history to SEEK SOLUTIONS.
Now - although 'seeking answers' may be 'better than' complaining...
This all occurs through experience.
Experience creates knowledge.
Knowledge built from experience creates memory.
Then we think. BUT ALL THAT IS ABSOLUTELY LIMITED.
Not useless. But limited.
Although... If we see that we are rooted in a limited place...
And one also sees that there IS SOMETHING INFINITE - LIMITLESS...
Why would one not allow for the infinite, limitless thing to guide them?
You can only be stressed when you are limited, trapped within the stress.
But you can also expand to see that you are not trapped in the stress, you are that moment.
Then the moments weight fades away.
