The Highest Form Of Sin
A lot of people go through their lives distracted to the point that they never even create their life purpose.
Every individual born has come into this world for a specific reason.
It's our most important job to build ourselves into people who use our natural gifts and talents on a daily basis.
Have you found out what your purpose is?
An Eye For Beauty
Consciousness is a deep and complex phenomenon.
Humans have continued to advance and learn new things about our complexity throughout time.
Yet, we still have no explanation for consciousness itself.
What gets me thinking deeply, is to think about how much goes into life.
Let's take a humming bird for example...
That bird is able to hover majestically in place through the perfect velocity of using it's wings, and it's so precise that it can extract the nectar from a flower while doing this.
If you look deep at anything, you will begin to notice the beauty.
But, this beauty is often overlooked because of modern day man made distractions.
Man has created many great tools, but some humans have not built the discipline to use the tools effectively.
The Correct Balance
Building yourself through self investment is the act of pursuing your potential.
A giant piece of this is using tools to accelerate your development.
Technology brings great opportunity.
We have this ability to reach people all across the world like never before.
Too many people are simply consumers of information through technology and they don't create anything themselves.
If we use technology correctly it's an amazing tool.
I mean to consume educational content, to build healthy communities, to share a meaningful message, and truly any act of creativity.
The opportunities are literally endless.
You want a healthy balance between consuming, creating, and resting.
Creating Clarity
Distractions can be overcome only when we get clear on our priorities.
And to define our priorities my favorite place to begin is identifying what we don't want.
It's helpful to have both a target and something to run away from.
If you are distracted odds are you are in a comfortable, but not a great place, and you are not betting on yourself.
The comfort zone is where all your dreams die, the cliché is absolutely true.
Do not sit in your comfort zone and waste your potential.
Think, how will you feel when you are 60 and you know how much better your life could've been.
Anticipate the regret.
Regret comes much more from not taking action than it does from taking action.
This right here is your sign to get serious about investing in yourself so you can create the future you will love.
Paving The Path
The only way to figure out what your natural talents are is to try things.
If you never try new activities you significantly reduce the odds that you find what you are meant to be doing.
When you do pick a path to venture down, do it with all your effort, and be dedicated, truthful with yourself, and responsible in the pursuit.
You will have plenty of moments when you want to give up, but if it's meant to be you won't allow that to happen.
A hint towards identifying your gifts is to recognize what activities make you loose track of time.
This is the flow state.
When you find yourself deeply immersed in an activity, you are using your mind and it's not too hard nor too easy, but the right challenge.
These activities will bring you a deep feeling of meaning and fulfillment, which is absolutely priceless.
Investing Each Moment
We all have 24 hours in our days.
We all have an equal opportunity to become something great.
I'm aware that everyone has a different starting hand, some people definitely have it rougher than others, but the bottom line is you can do almost anything.
Humans who are lazy and waste their potential are the most miserable ones.
They suffer internally.
On the outside it seems as if their life is cozy, secure, and fine, but their mind becomes the true prison. Life is all about the state of conscious we create, a positive state is built from positive action. (Nice one Justin very intelligent lol)
Seriously though, I need you to listen to your feelings.
The law of cause and effect is key, if you feel a negative way there is a reason behind that feeling.
It's foolish to brush it off and ignore it.
And it's not positive action once a week that keeps you feeling good, we must be doing positive acts EVERYDAY.
The more you focus on being great, the less room there is for anything but that.

This will Help You
Questions are one of the biggest drivers to improving yourself, your mind is a question answering machine.
It's crucial to ask QUALITY questions man.
I need you to take some time to yourself, maybe 15M and sit in a quiet place.
Clarify what you do not want in life.
Ask and answer in a paragraph or more:
What are the stupid things I'm doing that I know I shouldn't be doing?
What actions do I take often that leave me feeling guilty and shameful?
What healthy actions can I use to replace those negative actions?
Giant difference between:
Why do I feel like shit? -> What do I need to change so I can begin to heal and grow?
Listen, life is a full circle, as you grow you will begin to notice so many things are interconnected.
Your health, your mood, your actions, your beliefs, your habits, your environment, your input, your output, and much more.
Aim High
My point comes down to the fact that you are this ball of potential, and nobody knows how great you can become.
It's up to you to figure out.
And if you choose to be lazy, comfortable, and average that is a meaningless and shallow existence that will leave you full of regret.
No matter what route you take challenge will come your way, it's much easier to face hardship when you go and attack it, rather than allowing it to attack you.
So, what can you begin to change in your life right now that will promote your self improvement?
Maybe something as simple as setting a mandatory daily time slot to watch and take notes on a 1H educational video.
Just an idea.
