What does this look like on a random Tuesday?

The real life.


  • What time do you wake up?
  • How does your body feel?
  • What are you responsible for?


Then check your body.

Does it feel:

  • open
  • steady
  • calm

Or:

  • tight
  • pressured
  • overwhelming


That answer tells you everything.

Take a few minutes with these:

  1. What goals am I currently pursuing because they look good to others?
  2. What already feels easy, calm, and aligned in my life?
  3. Where have I created something I could not sustain?
  4. What kind of life do I actually want to maintain, not just achieve?
