Do you ever feel like you're on a rollercoaster with your photography business?

You're not alone in that. I've started many businesses over the past 15 years and have experienced this with all of them.

The problem? I would put all of my efforts into marketing, landing several clients at once, becoming inundated with work, and wouldn't have time to market anymore...

The work would lead to some more work through referrals, but mostly, it would fizzle out after a little bit - because the marketing would be shut off.

This is why I'm such a firm believer in SEO. Once it's setup right and you know what to work on (even just a little per month), it will keep working for you, while you are out on shoots or editing. It's pretty awesome that way.

This email is just a reminder that there are ways to stabilize your business, that it won't always (and doesn't have to always) be a rollercoaster.
