I was talking to a new client recently, and I was fascinated by what I saw and heard.

The person on the call was totally different than the person who initially hired me.

Don't get me wrong...it was the same person. They had the same name. They had the same challenge. But something was different.

They realized that they are in charge of their life (Or, like we talked about yesterday, they are responsible for their own transformation.)

The difference was stunning! The confidence was drastically different.

The only real change? They had made a decision to change.

Once you decide, it doesn't take long. I saw that myself when I decided to leave my "comfortable" and "safe" job at FedEx.

Decide. That will start the change. It doesn't have to take weeks, months, or years.
