A lot of people I know have chosen a word for the year.

A word that helps them focus. That helps them move in the direction they want.

My word?

I don't have one.

I don't choose a word for the year.

That seems like a big decision. And what if I change my mind mid-year?

I choose a word of the day.

Today? My word is "Confident."

When a decision comes up, I can remind myself to think, "What does Confident Ken decide?"

And tomorrow, it'll be a different word.

I choose every day how I'm going to be that day.

It works for me. Maybe it can work for you, too.
