Your stories aren't true and they're the reason you're stuck

Good morning, ,
Here are some stories I've told myself over the years.
- "I'm an introvert. I don't like talking to people."
- "I can't give a TEDx talk. People like me don't get chosen."
- "I can't start my own busienss. I don't even know how to find clients."
- "My hair is stupid and I hate it. I can't stand this unmanageable mop"
The list goes on and on.
These four stories are four that I've discovered simply aren't true. But there are plenty more that I haven't even become aware of that have been ruling my life.
What stories have you been assuming are true that have been holding you back?
- About your career? What's possible and when?
- About your income? About how much is "realistic?"
- About friendships? Who and how many?
- About relationships?
- About education?
What if we recognized these as limiting beliefs and smashed them? What would change?
Let's do this!
Ken
P.S. What story are you assuming is true, but you secretly (or not so secretly) hope is false? Hit REPLY and let me know!
