Constantly.

As in all the time.

Maybe it's one of our kids begging us to buy the Cap'n Crunch.

Or the boss, asking us to stay a little later to finish the project.

Or Mr. Beast, telling us why we should watch his latest video.

And if we don't realize that we're being sold, we become, by default, willing buyers of whatever is in front of us. This is why Netflix auto-loads the next episode. And TikTok has another video available when you swipe up.

For today, shift your focus. With everything, ask yourself, "What am I being sold?"

And is it something you want?

If no, choose something different.
