More TEDx Take aways

Good morning, ,
I was talking to a friend yesterday, and she asked how my TEDx talk went.
That's an interesting question to consider. Because I knew my script. I knew what I was supposed to say. And I didn't nail it 100%. I stalled. I forgot to say a sentence. I was comparing my version of "perfect" with the rough version that I actually delivered.
So, from my perspective...my expectation of perfection, I bombed.
But, then she told me about watching the YouTube version of my first talk. (If you missed it, you can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZWj8rhJ6yo)
And she told me how powerful that message was for her. (For the record, I stumbled and missed a line during that talk, too.)
And I wondered who was right? Who has the right perspective of "how I did?"
Me? Because I knew what I was "supposed to say" and didn't...
Or her? Because she saw the final result and had a different experience?
And does it matter?
You've got this!
Ken
