Today was my best day ever.

What if you started each day believing that?

I've tried it, and what I noticed is that I started looking for reasons that it was amazing.

Today? I got to hold my newborn grandson. That was pretty amazing.

I got to work with a group of incredible clients. That was awesome.

And I got to teach a class of dediated students. Not bad for my best day ever.
