I saw a comment on one of my social media posts yesterday that seemed to warn others, "Don't ask for anything in this economy."

This economy? What does that even mean?

Here's the truth. The economy just is. It's not "good," and it's not "bad," until you compare it to something.

Compare today's unemployment to April, 2020, and the economy is rocking!

But compare it to the unemployment of August, 2023, and it's 60% worse.

One of those comparisons will have you feeling happy and excited. The other will have you feeling frustrated and futile.

How do you want to live your life?

Me? I want to be happy and optimistic.

You can be, too. If you want.

Don't believe the people who have an agenda. Trust in you.
