I was at a conference earlier this year, and I saw a presenter from a different conference that I had been to over a decade earlier.

You may not know the name, but he has been on TV reality shows and has coached famous athletes, authors, and celebrities.

I stopped to talk to him--mostly to him how much I enjoyed the event 12 years earlier.

We had a nice chat. And then he asked if he could be on my podcast.

Wait, what? He wanted to be a guest on my podcast?

We set the schedule and recorded it a few weeks later.

Asking him to be on my podcast was something I never considered because I assumed it wasn't possible.

I was blind to the possibility.

Possibility blindness.
