I heard something today in a different way than I ever did before.

The main concept is that "Tomorrow's not guaranteed."

And I think I've always kind of realized that. But then I saw a video where they said it a little more impactfully.

"You will only kiss your wife a finite number of times. That number exists. And someday I can tell you what it is. Someday it will be the last time, and you won't even know it."

Wow.

There will be a last time I do everything. The last time I visit my mom. The last time I send an email. The last time I receive a text message.

Until then, I can do all of those things on my own terms.

So can you.
