What exactly are yokai?
Updates, freebies, and new stories await
Hey Dragons!
I'm thinking I want to start teaching you all the differences between the yokai in my various books. How many of you would be interested in something like that? Just reply to the email and let me know!
I’m a few chapters into both my LitRPG story and my romantasy story. I’m doing self-edits for both of them right now so they’re clean and perfect for you.
I can’t wait until you read them.
Since the last time you saw an email from me, I managed to read through books 1-3 of the ACOTAR series. I really enjoyed the books. I did a buddy read with a friend to chat about events together.
My non-fiction book was The Power which talks about the Law of Attraction. I’m definitely using that for growth in my author career!
I’m currently reading To Gaze Upon Wicked Gods. It’s a refresher from ACOTAR and a lot darker of a read. Not grimdark, but there are some really cool aspects including the main character having the gift of death at her disposal but she doesn’t use it often so she doesn’t feel overpowered ever with it.
I’m reading a lot fast since I started reading again and writing a lot in spurts to finish my two books for you. Hopefully, both will be available within the next few days with the first few chapters.
Early Access To My Books On Ream!
Ream Supporters will receive exclusive access to stories as I write them, including early access to stories I post on Kindle Vella and Royal Road. Both my grimdark and romantasy will be posted there. You'll also see the occasional short story as I write those.

Legendary Triad - Read Now | I have lived my whole life in the shadow of a magical secret being none the wiser... I am nobody. I am nothing. That is what has run through my head since I was a small child. Freak. Garbage. I have been called it all and from my own flesh and blood. Finally, at 17, I am free, as free as a homeless teenager can be. I constantly move around, doing every job I can to make sure I at least have food to eat, and I am thankfully alone. I like it that way, and if it is up to me, it won't change. No one will ever get close enough to hurt me again. But when I get literally dragged, kicking and screaming into an ancient school for magic users hiding in plain sight, I know avoiding others will no longer do me any good. Because if I don't build my powers and get ahead in this world, I am useless and dispensable. What I don't count on while working hard to stay on top is to get the attention of the Legendary Triad; three young men who are both the worst and the best people I have ever met. And our connection, like it or not, will shape our fate while at The Academy of Dark and Light. And maybe even after. |
Tales of Tervia - Read Now | Welcome to Tervia, a land of forgotten histories, ancient magic, foul beasts, and heroes in all shapes and sizes. Follow the stories of myriad characters, from a fearless general faced with a terrible choice, to a peasant girl fighting to keep her family alive. Lose yourself in this epic fantasy world which unravels with each story and draws you deeper and deeper. By the end, you'll never want to leave. Fans of high fantasy, epic fantasy, low fantasy, urban fantasy and grimdark will love the stories that make up the Tales of Tervia. Readers of Joe Abercrombie and George R.R. Martin will appreciate the gritty realism of Richie Billing's writing, yet at times it possesses a light-hearted and humorous touch akin to the works of James Barclay and Nicholas Eames. And for those who adore the coming of age heroes of Brandon Sanderson and Patrick Rothfuss, you'll find characters that will whisk you away on epic journeys of discovery, intrigue, friendship and love. |
