Hey Dragons!
It’s the second month of 2024 and I’m kicking it up a notch on my writing. Last week and this week, I’m working on a short story I will submit to an anthology.
It’s a grimdark retelling of the story Momotaro/Peach Boy.
Momotaro in the original story was born from a peach and stopped a band of ogres terrorizing the people. He had three animal companions as well to help him.
With mine, Momotaro is a ronin who has a peach seed that he uses to gain his powers. The animal companions are part of those abilities who attempt to corrupt him with the peach seed.
I’m excited to write it and work on further rewriting some old work and newer projects as well.
This Friday, I will finally showcase the mysterious cover I’ve been teasing for some time.
