I wanted to check in and see if you are meeting up with others authentically whether it's in person or virtually. Are you meeting yourself authentically? Connecting authentically? Feeling like you are part of something bigger? Do you surround yourself with people who cheer you on, lift you up, support you, and see you?

If not, why would you accept anything less?

I had this conversation with my Auntie, not by blood, but by heart! She is quite sensitive and has a big heart. She kept talking about how her sisters exclude her, shame her, and belittle her - YET, she still wants their approval, their company, and support. I was blown away, that was me pre-2018, I had no worth, no self-love, no self-care, and certainly no boundaries! I gently reminded her to speak her truth and set boundaries, and spend less time around them, otherwise, nothing will change.

That's why I created Authentic Connections, I needed that for myself first. I knew I wasn't the only one, and 3 years later, we are still going strong! Guess what? We need this more than ever. Family isn't everything and family isn't your DNA either. There's that soul family, sacred connections, and people that get you!
