Greetings ,

I wanted to let you know about some changes and improvements to MemoryWizards.com.

The first change is that production has reached a point where I have more time to spend on content, and you'll hear from me more often.

I'll share site updates and interesting stories from literature, history, or other relevant information.

Here's what's going on now:

Content Flow

Feedback suggested there needs to be a flow with the content rather than just a game menu.

The flow now is:

1. Pick a title
2. Take a micro-lesson
3. Play a quiz
4. Play a game of facts
5. Arrange the Timeline of Events

The other games will be placed as optional bonus games that can be unlocked with experience points (XP)

Micro-Lessons

The micro-lessons have changed several times, but I have finally settled on a format I like—a series of scrolling index cards with audio. In some cases, the lessons don't have images yet. If you find one of these, you'll just have plain index cards. I'm working to convert the 3000 titles (30,000 images), but if you have any special one you want me to rush, please just ask.

New Subjects

I will be working on Science as soon as I finish this email.

I'm hoping to have it ready by next week.

A request

I've been a developer for over twenty years, bringing games and content to life. What has changed is that I no longer work in an office and have access to colleagues who can give me feedback.
