Most Men Aren’t Lost. They’re Afraid.

Hey ,

I just released a short solo episode for The Men’s Collective Podcast:

Most Men Aren’t Lost. They’re Afraid.

This one was inspired by The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, but it’s not a book review.

It’s more of a reflection on fear, faith, purpose, and the ways men can build a life around staying safe while quietly feeling disconnected.

In the episode, I talk about:

• Why many men confuse safety with peace

• How fear gets louder right before growth

• Why the nervous system often treats the unknown as danger

• What faith looks like when certainty is unavailable

• How men can stay grounded while moving toward what matters

A lot of men say they feel stuck or lost.

But often, they’re not actually confused.

They already know the conversation they need to have.

They know the habit that’s draining them.

They know the relationship pattern that needs attention.

They know the direction their life is asking them to move.

The issue is not confusion.

The problem is fear.

I’m also opening spots for the next round of The Men’s Collective.

This is an 8-week group coaching experience for men who want to stop drifting, build more emotional steadiness, and learn how to stay grounded under pressure.

We focus on:

• Nervous system regulation

• Emotional awareness

• Parts work

• Values-based action

• Relationships

• Accountability

• Brotherhood

• Real-life practice

This is for men who are tired of knowing what they should do, but still finding themselves reacting, avoiding, shutting down, overworking, or staying stuck in old patterns.

The goal is not to become fearless.

The goal is to become steady enough that fear no longer makes every decision.
