Are you looking for the most efficient strength producing program to get you from beginner to intermediate?


I looked at what is popular out there and it all looks....like shit. So I took google sheets and made a program to designed to make lifter's go from beginner (or after some time off) to intermediate and then some in the most efficient way possible. I also took the liberty to add in portions to attack the most common weakness' that I see in powerlifters.


All you gotta do is put your name and email in and I will send the copy link to it. All you have to do is make your own copy (top left options tab) and you will be able to have your own editable program!
