A Gentle Nudge to Dream Bigger (Without Doing More)

I’m late! ⏰

I know you’re used to getting your newsletter on earlier on Tuesday mornings, but this one needed a little space to breathe.

Why?

Because I was gifted a brilliant idea for my own business, and you know me, I’m not a gatekeeping type.

So yes, this edition is a bit behind schedule...

but I promise, it’s worth it.

What if the idea you started with isn’t the idea’s final form?

You create something—maybe it’s a workbook, a service, a handmade product—and launch it for individuals.

You post about it, maybe build a little sales page, share it with your list.

It sells a few. Maybe it sells well.

And then you move on.

But what if your best idea isn’t finished evolving?

We’re so trained to think small scope...one buyer, one sale, that we forget to look at the bigger possibilities.

Like this:

  • Do you offer a service for solopreneurs or small business owners?

Could you offer a customized version for teams, nonprofits, or community orgs?

  • Do you handcraft a product that supports wellness or productivity?

Could you create a bulk-order gifting bundle for companies?

  • Do you teach, coach, or consult?

Could you license your framework to facilitators or build a paid resource library for organizations?

Even services and physical products have scale potential. It just takes a little reframing.

Want an example?

Right now, I’m in the process of turning one of my own personal-use workbooks into a licensed asset for organizations. Same bones. New name. New reach.

Because sometimes you don’t need a new offer...you just need to see your existing one with fresh eyes.

Mini Exercise

Pick one of your products or services.

Now ask yourself:

  • Who else could benefit from this?
  • Could a team, HR department, community org, or group of clients use it in a new way?
  • What would need to shift in the packaging or language?

Just one small pivot could open a whole new stream of possibilities.

Here’s to giving your best ideas room to grow🌱,

🔄 Pass It On

Know someone who’s sitting on something great and doesn’t even realize it?

Maybe it’s a product, a service, or just a really good idea they haven’t stretched beyond its original shape.

Forward this to them as a little reminder: sometimes the next big thing isn’t new at all...it’s just waiting to grow.
